We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, except in the case that you receive an item that is different from your order or an item is damaged.

We will inform you whether or not the repair is possible and the estimated repair cost (free of charge or with charge). Depending on the condition or design of the jewelry, we may not be able to accept the repair or change the repair fee. Please understand that we will provide you with a formal estimate of the repair cost after we confirm the condition of the jewelry. If it is difficult for you to visit our store, we will accept your jewelry by delivery.
Mogami Jewelry offers lifetime service to ensure the longevity of your jewelry. We offer the following after-sales services and quality guarantees We will also provide you with a “Certificate of Quality” at the time of purchase, which guarantees that the product was manufactured and sold by Mogami Jewelry.
[ Returns possible within 14 days ]
You can return your order within 14 days including the date of delivery, even if it was ordered incorrectly or does not fit your image. Please follow the instructions below to complete the return procedure.
1.Please contact us from Contact within 14 days including the date of arrival of the merchandise, stating the purchaser's name, order number, name of the merchandise, and the reason for return.
2.Please ship the complete set of products (including all accessories such as boxes and ribbons) as instructed by us within the specified period as instructed.
3.We will appraise the lab-grown diamonds and the item, and confirm that the item is unused.
4.Once we have confirmed all of the above, we will process the refund to the customer's designated account.
[Notice]
・Only unused items will be accepted. Items that have been approved for use by our store will not be accepted for return.
・Engraved items cannot be returned.
・Please be sure to keep the item clean and in good condition, as a complete set of items (including box, ribbon, and all accessories) is required to return the item. Please note that we may not be able to accept returns without the complete set of jewelry.
・We do not accept returns of semi-custom or custom-made jewelry within 14 days. This also applies to items for which we have created a customer-specific page.
・Example of within 14 days including the date of arrival: If the item arrived on January 1, please contact us by 23:59 (JST) on January 14.
・We only accept return requests from the purchaser himself/herself. Please note that we may need to check your ID.
[ Ring resizing (first time free) ]
We offer free resizing for the first time after purchase. Basically, the size can be changed by ±3. Products that can be changed up to ±2 sizes are listed on the product page.
After the first time, you can resize it for 5,500 yen.
*Please note that full eternity rings cannot be resized.
[ Stone fixing (1 year free) ]
We will refasten the stone free of charge within one year of purchase.
After the free period, it depends on the product and the size of the stone, but for example, a 1 carat solitaire ring can be refastened for 6,600 yen.
If you lose your stone, you can purchase only the stone at a special price.
[Repair (1 year free)]
If the product is damaged due to normal use within one year of purchase, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
After the free period ends, please contact us using the inquiry form, as costs will vary depending on the product and repair details.
[Cleaning (1 year free)]
We offer free cleaning within one year of purchase.
[New finish]
Depending on the product, we offer a new finish that will make your jewelry look like new again for a fee.
[Earring catch sales]
If you lose your earring catch, we also sell just the catch.
- Free warranty period -
If the product is damaged due to normal use within one year of purchase, we will repair or replace it free of charge. Regarding the above-mentioned "first time free" after-sales service, a fee will be charged for subsequent services even within the warranty period.
For repairs after the warranty period, please contact us using the inquiry form.
- Disclaimer -
・The customer is responsible for the shipping costs when sending the product to us for repair or service.
・Transfer fees for paying for repairs and services are to be borne by the customer.
・We will only be able to return products within Japan.
・If the product is damaged to the extent that repair is extremely difficult due to an accident or handling by the customer, or if materials such as stones are damaged or lost, we may not be able to accept repairs.
・Depending on the condition of the product, complete repairs may not be possible.
・Repairs and services do not guarantee complete identity of the product before and after the repair or service is performed.
・We will not be held responsible for any wear or deformation that may normally occur due to implementation.
・If a product is damaged or lost in addition to normal wear and deformation due to our negligence during repair or service, we will either replace it with an equivalent product or refund the purchase price of the product and any shipping costs incurred through this service. We will refund the shipping cost.
・We cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have undergone repairs or other processing.
